It's all about balance, posture, and that all important core. A focus on joint mobility, alignment and strength, this class is perfect for your overall fitness as well as complementing other forms training. And we'll have you leaving feeling totally relaxed and balanced. Mmm....

St Edmund Campion School, Maidenhead

This course is for anyone looking to master their kettlebell basics and then progress to build strength, cardio capacity and flexibility too. We also have a specific focus on strengthening the core. Small groups mean lots of support from your instructor. You will definitely work up a sweat in this one!

 

45 minute class - run as a 7 week course from 5th January to 16th February, Investment £70, not included for Class Pass Holders

Wednesday 7.55pm

St Edmund Campion School, Maidenhead

This course is for those who have been working with kettlebells regularly for a few months and have mastered their basics. With support and coaching we will challenge and progress with more complex movements, and also incorporate some double kettlebell moves. We focus on strengthening the core to promote stronger and more efficient movement for the rest of the body.

Thursday 4.10pm 

Classes include a combination of yoga postures, breath play, mindfulness practice and relaxation. While the postures support physical development by increasing children’s flexibility and strength, breathing exercises encourage children to use their full lung capacity. 


Classes include group and partner poses to encourage positive interaction in a fun and supportive environment!

45 minute class, run as a 7 week course from 6th January to 17th February. Investment £52.50. Suitable for children 5 to 9 years old

The class you love from the comfort of your own home! Perfect energising and focusing on core, strength, stability, mobility and more.

Are you ready to break a sweat, build strength and feel amazed at what your body can do? This is High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) for maximum burn! We work with bodyweight, benches, bands, kettlebells, battle ropes and more to keep you challenged. Don’t think this is only for the super fit either. We welcome and respect every ability and have options and modifications for all.

 

30 minute class, Investment £42 for 6-week Saturday Block from 8th January - 12th February, or drop in £8.

A full body strength workout that will have you coming back for more. Mixing some new moves with some old favourites, this workout will build coordination, connection between body and mind, and get your heart rate going. Oh, and your core is going to know all about it too…
