Membership FAQs

1. Can I Pay As You Go?
​
We’re all about consistency — because that’s where the magic happens. Pay As You Go isn't something we offer, and here’s why: when you commit to a membership, you’ll not only get the best out of your training, but you’ll also feel the full benefit of being part of this strong, supportive community.
It also means we can keep this small-but-mighty business running smoothly and focus our energy on what matters most — helping you feel fit, strong, and like your best-ever self.

2. Do I need to join at the beginning of the month to get the most from Bronze or Silver PLUS?
Nope! You can start anytime.
When you sign up, your credits apply for the full month from your chosen start date — not the calendar month. Every month from that date, your plan will renew and your credits refresh.

3. What happens if I don’t use all my credits one month? Can they roll over?
Credits don’t carry over month to month — but you won’t lose out!
You can use your current credits to book sessions ahead, even if they fall in the next month. So if you’re planning a holiday or just need to juggle life, it’s easy to stay on track.

4. Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
​
Absolutely — life changes, and your plan can too.
While Wix (our provider) doesn’t currently allow a simple switch between plans, it’s super easy to cancel one and start another. Just let us know you're staying with us, and we’ll give you a code to make sure you don’t pay any joining fees again.
5. Can I pause or cancel my membership?
​
Of course — you’re in control.
All memberships are "cancel anytime" and can be managed through your desktop account. You can also pause your plan (so no payments are taken), and restart whenever you’re ready. It’s a smooth, low-fuss option that also avoids any rejoining fees.

6. What happens during school holidays?
We slightly reduce the timetable during school holidays — just a little — but we always keep you moving, both in-person and online.
And yes, for outdoor sessions, the kids are more than welcome to play alongside while you train — it’s a vibe!
Plus, remember you can always book ahead for post-holiday sessions using your current credits.
