We don’t get fancy or overthink it. In class we move, we sweat, then we definitely stretch. And we get on with the rest of our day.
We love and explore the biology that underpins it all, but we keep it simple.
No judgement here. When we move, we want to create the good times! We do it together supporting each other. And we know the world feels like such a better place with a blast of endorphins rushing round your body.
Because we're human
We were born on this earth to move and some days are GREAT. Other days are less so. We know this is natural and that listening to and trusting our bodies is the only way to train smart and Move Happy.
