Service Description

This 6 week course is for anyone looking to master their kettlebell basics and then progress to build strength, cardio capacity and flexibility too. We also have a specific focus on strengthening the core to promote stronger and more efficient movement for the rest of the body. Small groups mean lots of support from your instructor. You will definitely work up a sweat in this one! Bring a mat, water and kettlebell(s) if you own them. Maximum 9 participants. COVID 19 Our policy to minimise risk of transmission by keeping participants at 2m distance, ventilate the space and also clean surfaces remains in place.

Cancellation Policy

For fitness and Pilates classes available to class pass holders, please make any cancellation required at least an hour before to ensure yourself a full refund or see a class redeemed back onto your pass. Courses, including Kids Yoga If a course is unable to proceed due to COVID restrictions, we will look to offer the service online or at a later date once it is possible to resume. We are unable to issue refunds for any cancellations after course start date. However in some circumstances we may be able to offer credit for alternative services.
