If you've lost your mojo lately, but are now looking for a little self-care and to make fitness part of your weekly routine again, we've got you.

​

 

This programme is designed for women who probably aren't training right now, but are up for a change. Women who want to work with both their body and mind to develop new positive habits, and feel strong from the inside out.

 

Zero fitness or training experience is required to start - we're taking it right back to basics and offering all the support required to build confidence in what you and your body are capable of!
 

What will you get?

  • Support and expertise on how to train smarter and also how to incorporate this into your week

  • Progress in terms of strength, mobility, and energy! Fat loss too if this is your goal (though absolutely no pressure here from us - it is totally depends on your own personal goals that YOU want to set)

  • Recommendations on small changes you can make day to day, that can help you reach your goals

What’s included / how do you get this?

 

  • 1.5 hour opening workshop for introductions and discussions to take a look at current activity levels, relationship to exercise and to set and share individual personal goals. Bring a notebook! We will be seated on our mats for a time for informal discussion, and also move our bodies during this session 

 

  • One weekly class throughout the Six Weeks specifically for programme participants with your dedicated trainer  

 

  • Access to any other Move Happy outdoor classes that you choose hroughout the 6 weeks - Monday Band Camp (9.30am), Friday Kettlebell Basics (9.20am) and Saturday HIIT (8.30am) and Saturday Cardio Kettlebells (9am)

 

  • Access to all recorded classes on Move Happy on Demand, to use at home. This includes Pilates, Stretch, Kettlebells, HIIT and more throughout the 6 weeks

 

  •  Access to recorded ‘how to video’ videos on correct muscle activation, mobility work and more

 

  • Resources and planners to support your activity, training and nutrition

 

  • Suggested reading to support your thinking about exercise and training, and the change you want to make

 

  • Support and motivation from your trainer to keep you on track via a private Whatsapp group for participates

 

  • Support, sharing and accountability with other participants

 

  • Open channel to your trainer for support and feedback

 

  •  1.5 hour closing workshop to share and celebrate progress (and it is progress not perfection that matters!) 


*Please note, we plan to support all participants to reach their goals. However, the outcomes achieved will be directly correlated with the commitment put in!
