Supported Couch to 5km


Want to up your fitness but don't know where to start? Find it hard to fit exercise in with everything else? We hear you! And we've got the perfect course.

Over 8 weeks you will get all the support you need to run continuously for 5 km. Through group sessions with your coach every week, homework set by between sessions, and one to one advice on technique to help protect against injury, you will have a significantly higher success rate with us than going it alone!

You can access your coach Wendy Rumble for online support and Q&A throughout as well as the community support from other participants. It's all about connection and working together!

As part of this package you also have access to our Sunday Stretch over the 8 weeks.

A great course for those who need a little more inspiration to get moving or who have taken a break from exercise. Zero fitness assumed at the start - and you'll be amazed how quickly it improves! 

Also a great course for those coming back to exercise post natal (buggy runners not just welcome but encouraged!).
